Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CurbClose ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is intended for use by licensed home improvement contractors and their authorized sales representatives. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CurbClose provides a fast exterior visualization platform that enables contractors to generate before-and-after renderings of residential properties. This includes Design Studio, the Contractor Workspace (a CRM and lead management dashboard), and associated API services.
3. Contractor Accounts & Authorized Use
You may invite sales reps and team members to your account under your contractor subscription. You are strictly responsible for managing team access and ensuring your account is not abused. Accounts may not be shared across separate business entities. Reselling, white-labeling, or sublicensing access to the platform is not permitted without an explicit Enterprise Agreement.
4. Image & Property Data
Photos of residential properties uploaded to the platform are processed by our rendering pipeline solely to generate visualizations for your sales workflow. You represent that you have the right or consent of the homeowner to photograph and upload images of the property. CurbClose does not sell or transfer residential imagery to third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All generated renderings produced using our platform remain the property of your contracting business. Material swatches, textures, and manufacturer color libraries provided within the platform are licensed for use within the Service only and may not be exported or redistributed.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Access to the platform requires an active paid subscription, collected upfront via Stripe. We do not offer free trials. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue balances.
7. Limitation of Liability
CurbClose provides visualizations for illustrative purposes only. Actual material appearance, color, and texture may vary based on lighting conditions, manufacturing tolerances, and installation factors. We make no guarantee that a completed renovation will match a generated rendering exactly. Contractors are solely responsible for all estimates, contracts, and representations made to homeowners.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email to your account address.
