At CurbQuoter, we understand that your business data and your clients' personal information are sacred. This policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have over it.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register as a contractor, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing information. Your payment processing and credit card data is securely handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and is never stored on our servers. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Property Photos & Renderings
Photos of residential properties that you or your sales reps upload through Design Studio or the web app are stored securely in your account. These images are used exclusively to generate visual quotes for your clients and are not shared with other contractors.
Lead & Client Data
Homeowner information captured through the platform (name, address, contact info, desired materials) is stored in your Contractor Workspace CRM. You own this data. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
Usage Data
We collect anonymized data about how you interact with the platform (including which features you use, rendering completion rates, and device type) to improve the product experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery
We use your data to operate the platform: processing rendering jobs, managing your subscription, and enabling collaboration between you and your sales team.
Automated Visualization Engine
Property photos are passed to our automated rendering engine to generate before-and-after visualizations. Processing is done in isolated, ephemeral environments. We do not use your clients' property images to train models.
Communications
We may send transactional emails (rendering complete, billing receipts) and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
3. Data Sharing
We Do Not Sell Your Data
CurbQuoter does not sell, rent, or trade your data or your clients' data to any third parties. Period.
Service Providers
We share data with a limited number of vetted sub-processors who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, Stripe for payment processing, transactional email). All sub-processors are bound by strict data processing agreements.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose data if required by law or in response to valid legal process. We will notify you where legally permitted to do so.
4. Data Retention
Account Data
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
Rendered Images
Generated renderings are stored in your account for 12 months from the date of creation unless you delete them sooner. You can export all your renderings at any time.
5. Your Rights
Access & Portability
You can export all of your account data, client records, and renderings at any time from your Contractor Workspace. Submit a data access request to privacy@curbquoter.com.
Deletion
You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
