Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 8, 2026

1. Our Commitment

CurbQuoter is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our visualization platform and contractor tools.

2. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. CurbQuoter is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, largely due to the highly visual and interactive nature of our 3D rendering engine.

3. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of CurbQuoter. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers on our platform by contacting our support team. We try to respond to feedback within 2 business days.

4. Technical Specifications

Accessibility of CurbQuoter relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of CurbQuoter, there may be some limitations. The core function of our software is highly visual exterior modeling. As such, screen reader compatibility within the interactive 3D canvas may be limited. However, we strive to make all surrounding navigation, CRM tools, and text-based content fully accessible.
