Saving and sharing renderings with clients

Once a homeowner falls in love with a design, you want to leave it in their hands so they can show their spouse, neighbors, and friends.

Sending an Email Link From the rendering view, tap Share. Enter the homeowner's email address. They will receive a branded email (featuring your company logo) with a secure link to view the rendering online.

Exporting as PDF If you are generating a formal proposal, tap Export PDF. This creates a high-resolution, branded document that includes: The Before and After images. A summary of the exact materials, colors, and textures used. Your company contact info and sales rep details.

Saving to the Lead File All renderings are automatically saved to the client's profile in your Contractor Workspace. You never have to manually hit "Save." If you generate 5 different color options during the pitch, all 5 will be preserved in the client's history.
