Presenting renderings to the homeowner
The reveal is the most important part of the driveway pitch. It’s the moment the homeowner stops thinking about the cost and starts visualizing the emotional transformation of their home.
Setting the Stage Don't just hand over the iPad. Hold onto it, explain what they are about to see, and build anticipation. Remind them of the pain points they mentioned earlier (e.g., "I know you hated how faded this vinyl looked...").
The Reveal Show the rendering and stay quiet for a few seconds. Let them absorb it. Most homeowners have never seen a photorealistic mockup of their exact house before.
Interactive Adjustments If they aren't fully sold on a color, use the material library right in front of them to swap it out. Say: "Let's see what it looks like with a darker trim." This collaborative design process makes them feel ownership over the final choice, dramatically reducing buyer's remorse and the "we need to think about it" objection.
