Canceling your subscription

We hate to see you go, but we don't believe in locking contractors into software they aren't using.

How to Cancel 1. Navigate to Settings > Billing. 2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription. 3. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

What happens next? Your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After that date, your account will be downgraded to a dormant state. You will lose access to generate new renderings, but you can still log in to export your historical client data and previously generated images.
