Setting Up Your Digital Sales Workflow
From snapping the perfect photo to assigning leads to your sales reps. Build a scalable, digital-first exterior remodeling pipeline.
A tool is only as good as the system that supports it. If you buy CurbQuoter but your reps are still showing up to houses with physical clipboards and leaving voicemails to follow up, you won't see the 40% increase in close rates that our top users see.
You need to integrate the visualizer into your Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Below is the exact setup checklist we recommend for teams onboarding onto the platform.
Implementation Checklist
Upload Your Brand Kit
Before you send your first proposal, make sure it looks like it came from your company, not a generic software tool. Navigate to Workspace > Brand Settings. Upload your high-res logo and set your primary brand color (this will be used on the UI elements and the PDF exports).
Invite Your Sales Reps
Go to Workspace > Team Settings. Invite your sales reps via email. Assign them the 'Sales Rep' role so they can generate renders and proposals, but cannot change your pricing logic or brand settings.
Configure Pricing Baselines
The proposal generator needs to know your baseline costs to give accurate quotes. Go to Quote Builder settings. Input your standard price per square foot for basic vinyl, premium board and batten, and architectural shingles. You can adjust these on the fly per-project later.
Procure the Right Hardware
The app works on any device, but it shines on an iPad Pro or a high-end Android tablet. The larger screen makes the interactive reveal much more powerful. Ensure every rep has a cellular-enabled tablet so they aren't relying on the homeowner's Wi-Fi.
Conduct a Mock Driveway Pitch
Before a rep takes the tool to a real lead, have them do a dry run. Have them take a photo of the office, map out the roof lines, apply a new shingle, and generate a PDF. If they stumble here, they will stumble in front of the client.
