The 5-step Driveway Pitch that top reps swear by

A field-tested conversation flow for introducing the visualizer to a skeptical homeowner.

Top-performing exterior sales reps don't wing it. They have a repeatable system for every appointment, and the ones closing the most deals have mastered the Driveway Pitch.

Step 1: Start with the problem. Before you even open CurbQuoter, ask the homeowner what's been bothering them most about the exterior. Get them talking about faded paint, cracked siding, or the roof that's 'almost 15 years old.' Let them articulate the pain.

Step 2: Confirm the vision. Ask 'If we could make this home look exactly the way you've always wanted, what would that look like?' This opens the door to the visual conversation.

Step 3: Pull out the tablet. Don't say 'let me show you our visualizer software.' Say 'I want to show you something.' The word 'software' adds friction. Just show them.

Step 4: Build it together. Hand the iPad to the homeowner and let them pick the colors. When they're choosing, they're already owning the outcome. Your job is to guide, not dictate.

Step 5: Close on the rendered image. When the render appears, don't talk. Give them 10 seconds to look at it. Then ask: 'Is this closer to what you had in mind?' The answer is almost always yes: and that yes is your buying signal.

Ready to put this into practice?

Start closing more deals with visual exterior renderings. Show homeowners exactly what their house will look like before you leave.
